Day 1 – Drive from Dehradun to Jakhol
Day 2 – Trek from Jakhol to Base Camp
Day 3 – Base Camp to Lekha Top summit and return to Jakhol

Early morning start from Dehradun
Drive through Mussoorie, Purola, and Sankri
Arrive at Jakhol village in the evening
Overnight stay in a homestay or guesthouse
Start trekking after breakfast
Trail passes through pine, oak, and rhododendron forests
Moderate ascent with scenic valley views
Reach open meadow base camp around 2,600–2,800 m elevation
Set up camp and rest
Early morning trek to summit (~5–6 km uphill)
Reach Lekha Top by mid-morning for breathtaking views of snow-clad peaks
Spend time at the summit, then descend to base camp and onward to Jakhol
Evening stay in Jakhol
Breakfast in the village
Drive back to Dehradun, reaching by evening
